Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, IT, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines (e.g., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, B.Tech, etc.)
Recent graduates or final-year students eligible under the Apprenticeship Act/NAPS/NATS
No prior work experience required
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
Scope of Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and assist with assigned tasks under professional supervision
Learn and utilize company-specific systems, tools, and processes
Contribute to projects through data entry, documentation, analysis, and reporting
Maintain accurate records of assigned work and progress
Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards set by the organization and regulatory bodies
Collaborate effectively within teams and foster an inclusive and productive learning environment
Exhibit curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and task execution
Adapt to changes in responsibilities based on evolving business needs
