Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), building your profile (education, skills, work experience), and applying to jobs (applications, cover notes). We also collect usage data to improve our platform.

How we use your information

We use your information to match you with relevant jobs, provide our AI career tools, send you relevant notifications, and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data sharing

When you apply for a job, your profile and application are shared with the employer posting that job. We share payment data with Razorpay to process transactions. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Data security

All data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Resume uploads are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@workflicks.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
