Acceptance of terms

By using Workflicks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

For candidates

Workflicks is free for candidates. You may create one account, maintain an honest profile, and apply to jobs through our platform. You must not misrepresent your qualifications or experience.

For employers

Employers may post genuine job openings on Workflicks. Job listings must be for real positions. Spam, misleading listings, or listings designed to collect personal data are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.

Payments and refunds

Employer plan payments are processed by Razorpay. We offer a 7-day refund if you have received zero applications. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@workflicks.in.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Workflicks to scrape data, spam users, post fraudulent listings, or engage in any conduct that harms other users. Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination.

Limitation of liability

Workflicks is a platform connecting candidates and employers. We are not responsible for the outcome of any hiring decision, employment relationship, or job offer. Use of our AI features is at your own discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
