Key Responsibilities (Learning-Focused)
Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities
Assist in financial documentation, data validation, and reporting
Work with teams on budgeting, expense tracking, and reconciliations
Participate in process improvement and operational finance initiatives
Conduct basic research, analysis, and preparation of financial summaries
Collaborate across teams to understand how finance supports business decisions
(This role emphasizes learning, ownership, and exposure rather than prior experience.)

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Recent graduate in
B.Com / Finance / Accounting
(0–1 year experience)
Strong willingness to learn and explore multiple areas of finance
Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative
Good analytical and numerical skills
Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PPT is preferred
Strong integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
Able to work on-site in a structured, collaborative environment
