Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially aggressive and tech-savvy MBA (Marketing) graduate to manage international buyers and execute intelligent product sourcing across India.
This role combines:
International customer relationship management
Strategic product sourcing
Commercial negotiation & margin ownership
AI-assisted research and analytics
ERP-driven execution
You will work directly with overseas buyers, understand their requirements, source products from Indian suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and close profitable orders — using digital systems and AI tools to move faster and smarter than competitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Buyer Management
Engage regularly with overseas customers.
Understand detailed product specifications and sourcing requirements.
Handle RFQs, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
Identify repeat business, cross-selling, and new product opportunities.
Maintain professional, structured communication with global clients.
2. Strategic Product Sourcing
Identify and evaluate suppliers across India based on buyer requirements.
Use digital tools and AI platforms for supplier discovery and market research.
Prepare structured cost sheets and margin analysis.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain a strong vendor database.
3. Technology & AI Utilization
Work extensively on our Zoho-based ERP and CRM systems.
Use AI tools for:
Market research
Product comparison
Pricing intelligence
Drafting professional communication
Data analysis and insights
Maintain accurate digital documentation and reporting.
Track KPIs using dashboards and analytics tools.
4. Commercial Execution
Prepare competitive quotations with clear profitability targets.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth execution.
Monitor order lifecycle from sourcing to shipment.
Ensure revenue and margin benchmarks are achieved.
Candidate Profile
MBA in Marketing (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, exports, trading, procurement, or business development.
Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills.
Confident communicating with international buyers.
Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working on ERP/CRM systems.
Strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.
Exposure to logistics or export documentation will be an added advantage.
(Logistics can be trained. Commercial and digital thinking cannot.)
