Onboarding and Induction of new candidate
Maintain and update candidate databases
Employee engagement activities
Generate and present recruitment reports
Assisting for compliance related documentation
Qualifications
Skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and developing job descriptions
Ability to manage job postings and candidate databases
Proficiency in conducting background checks and extending job offers
Able to onboard new joiner with induction in team and company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
