Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient responses via phone or other communication channels.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to converse fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Prior experience in a captive contact centre or customer service role is a plus.
