Job Title: Digital & Personal Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic fresher to join as a Digital & Personal Support Executive. The role involves managing social media accounts, assisting in day-to-day tasks, and providing overall support in professional and personal work activities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update social media accounts (posting, engagement, content coordination).
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks and meetings.
Provide personal and administrative support in routine work.
Handle emails, messages, and basic communication on behalf of management.
Maintain records, files, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients when necessary.
Perform research and prepare basic reports or presentations as assigned.
Ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate (any field, preferably with interest in Digital Media/Management).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
