Responsibilities
Assist in managing
social media content calendars
across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Support the team in
creating, scheduling, and publishing posts
while ensuring brand consistency
Write
basic social media captions and content
aligned with campaign objectives
Assist in
monitoring and tracking paid ad campaigns
on Meta and Google platforms
Help track key marketing metrics such as
leads, cost-per-lead (CPL), and campaign performance
Coordinate with the team for
influencer collaborations, video shoots, and content planning
Conduct
basic keyword research
and support the SEO team with website optimization tasks
Assist in preparing
monthly marketing reports
using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Analytics
Collaborate with the
content, design, and strategy teams
during campaign execution
Requirements
Basic understanding of
digital marketing, social media marketing, paid ads, and SEO
Familiarity with tools like
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Sheets
Strong
English communication skills
(written and verbal)
Proactive mindset with a
willingness to learn and take initiative
Interest in
healthcare, education, or impact-driven sectors
is a plus
Completion of a
digital marketing course
will be an added advantage
