Instructional Design Intern (Learning & Content)
Industry: EdTech / Online Learning and Learning & Development. Sector: Digital course design, curriculum development, and e-learning content production serving corporate and academic customers across India and global markets.
We are seeking a remote Education Course Designer Intern to join a fast-moving content team focused on building high-quality, learner-centred online courses. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about instructional design, multimedia learning, and measurable learning outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate learning objectives into clear course outlines and modular curricula.
Create detailed storyboards and prototype lessons for e-learning modules, including assessments and interactive elements.
Author and assemble courses using eLearning authoring tools and ensure SCORM/xAPI packaging for LMS deployment.
Support multimedia production—basic video/audio editing, captioning, and slide design—to improve learner engagement and accessibility.
Draft formative and summative assessments aligned to Bloom’s taxonomy and track assessment mapping to learning outcomes.
Iterate on content based on learner feedback and QA checks to meet instructional quality and usability standards.

Additional Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a programme in education, instructional design, instructional technology, communications, or related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment, and a portfolio or samples of previous course/storyboard work preferred.
