We are looking for a
female intern
to handle
data entry tasks and real estate telecalling
for our company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Maintain and update client databases, property listings, and other records with accuracy.
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain real estate projects, and schedule site visits.
Follow-Ups:
Regularly follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions.
Coordination:
Assist the sales and marketing team with customer inquiries and backend support.
Documentation:
Handle paperwork and maintain records in an organized manner.
Key Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
with a professional and polite attitude.
Strong
communication skills
in Telugu, Hindi, and English (preferred).
Basic knowledge of
MS Office & Excel
for data entry tasks.
Good
telephone etiquette
and ability to engage with customers.
Willingness to
learn and grow
in the real estate industry.
