Global Commercial, a function within Care Enablement, unites Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations. This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. _Responsibility:_
Your Responsibilities:
+ Provide on-site technical interventions, including installation, training, repair, and maintenance, to ensureoptimaloperation of machinery at client sites.
+ Engage with customers to deliver necessary technical support, fostering strong and positive customer relationships.
+ Collaborate with the sales and dealer teams by sharing technical insights and support to enhance sales opportunities and business growth.
+ Completerequired technical training and assessments to continually enhance technicalproficiencyand deliver high-quality service to clients.
+ Achieve service targets by negotiating and securing Service Contracts and sparepartsales, while managing billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable related to routine service activities.
+ Oversee personal inventory, including spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper management.
+ Execute technical tasks assigned by team leadership ina timelyand efficient manner.
+ Utilize technical management systems effectively to ensureaccurateand complete data entry.
+ Document all technical activities thoroughly in Field Service Reports, CRM software, and other prescribed administrative records.
_Candidate's profile:_
Your Profile:
+ Qualification -BE / B. Tech in Bio Medical Engineering or Electronics Engineering?or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
+ Experience -2 - 3 years Medtech companies
+ Reporting to - Area Technical Manager
+ Handling medical equipment,preferably inrenalindustry.
+ Necessary communication skills, abilityofproblem solving, and customer relationship maintenance
+ Basic skill in English to read and understand manual and technical document
