Job Description:
We are looking for a fresher Mechanical Engineer (B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical) to join our manufacturing unit located in Palwal near Faridabad. The candidate will be trained and involved in day-to-day production, quality, and maintenance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in production and manufacturing operations.
Support machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain production and process documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Follow safety standards and company SOPs.
Learn and implement manufacturing processes and workflows.
Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines.
Willingness to work in a 6-day working environment.
Ready to work on-site at Palwal near Faridabad.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
