Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
with a
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
to join our
Production Department
(link removed) As a fresher, you will gain practical experience and contribute to our production processes, ensuring efficient manufacturing of steel furniture products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all production activities.
Identify potential issues in the production line and propose solutions.
Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher)
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in steel or metal fabrication.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
