Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC)
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Telecom/Network Engineering team. The role involves working on designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunication networks including 4G LTE, 5G, fiber optics, and enterprise networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in network planning, design, and optimization (4G/5G/Fiber)
Support installation and commissioning of telecom equipment
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Configure and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points
Analyze network KPIs and prepare performance reports
Participate in drive tests and RF optimization activities
Document network configurations and standard operating procedures
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Strong fundamentals in mobile networks, RF, and networking concepts
Understanding of 4G LTE/5G architecture
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and routing protocols
Good communication and analytical skills
Location & Compensation
Locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹3.5 – 5.5 LPA (based on performance)
