Desired candidate qualification and experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E.Civil only

Working knowledge of Autocad required
MS Excel / Computer skills a must

Typical day at the site:
The responsibilities associated with this job include,
Helping overall site execution, labour productivity and work schedule
Following up with the works as per specific requirements and instructions from the Project Manager
Daily reporting of site work progress and informing the Project manager about any events at the site
Maintining records of material requirement, estimation and bar bending schedules
Helping the Site engineer in reparation of weekly labour bills according to the work orders
Helping to achieve on time attendance, smooth functioning and working of all sub-contractors and labors at the site
Maintaining updated site documents (stock register's, working drawings, material delivery receipts) as required
Physically checking the quantity and ensuring the quality of materials delivered at site by the suppliers
Enforcing personal and material safety at the work site
Reconciliation of materials and control of tools, materials and equiments withing the site

Location:
This job majorly involves field/site work. It is mandatory to be at our project site at all times of execution. You will have to visit main office every day for reporting of work progress.
The project sites are likely to be in Adyar, T.Nagar, Choolaimedu, Arumbakkam, Urapakkam (GST Road), & Sholinganallur.
Having your own two wheeler and valid driving license required is strongly recommended.

Other information:
You are expected to be present at the site at all times. You can expect to have the guidance of the Project engineer and the management whenever it is required.
