Job Description:
Graduate Trainee/Apprenticeship - Performance & Reporting
Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.
Eligibility
Should not be self-employed
Should not be enrolled under other government-funded programs
Should not be practicing professionally at the time of application
Should not be registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal
Apprentices who enroll should have their Aadhaar seeded with their personal mobile number and personal email address. This is a mandate.
Key Responsibilities
Fundamental knowledge of Financial Instruments, Financial Markets.
Ability to understand Investment Accounting systems, Operations data to identify and resolve data issues or Performance anomolies.
Collaborate across the Global Performance & Reporting Team to gather needed data and ensure delivery of accurate and timely reporting collateral.
Solid comprehension of investment concepts and asset classes.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor / masters degree with emphasis on Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related subject.
Basic Knowledge about Financial Instruments, Financial Markets and Type of ROR.
Knowledge of commonly used financial dimensions
Ability to communicate with global team members to source data and establish new processes for report maintenance
Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management
Highly resourceful and collaborative team-player, with the ability to also be independently effective and exude initiative and a sense of urgency.
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities, has a desire for continuous learning, and proposes solutions.
Ability to act with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality.
