About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, gain hands-on experience in HR, and build a long-term career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
Learn to create and manage search strings for different roles on job boards.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.
Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or any field – HR specialization is a plus).
Keen interest in
HR and recruitment as a career path
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly.
Ability to put in extra effort and go beyond basics.
Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking ability.
