Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to support key people initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to work closely with business and HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across roles
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
Support campus hiring and early talent initiatives
HR Operations
Help maintain employee data and documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in policy documentation and updates
Manage HR trackers and basic reporting
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support planning and execution of engagement activities (events, townhalls, offsites)
Assist with internal communications and creatives
Help coordinate surveys and feedback initiatives
Contribute ideas for culture-building initiatives
Learning & Development (Optional add-on)
Assist in training logistics and coordination
Support feedback collection and training reports
Help create simple learning resources
What We’re Looking For
MBA / Masters in HR (or pursuing)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High ownership and willingness to learn
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
Creative mindset is a plus (for engagement initiatives)
