HR Duties & Responsibilities
· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements across departments
· Understand job descriptions and hiring strategies to source suitable candidates
· Post job openings on job portals, websites, and social media platforms
· Conduct and/or coordinate interviews
· Assist in interview scheduling and selection processes
· Prepare and send offer letters, complete documentation, and onboard new hires
· Collect, update, and maintain employee and recruitment databases
· Maintain payroll-related data including attendance, leaves, working hours, and bank details
· Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
· Proofread and maintain HR documents and reports
· Assist in preparing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
· Track performance, progress, priorities, and deadlines of HR projects
· Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
