Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in influencer marketing with an understanding of the current trends and platforms (Mandatory skill).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for interaction with influencers and businesses (Mandatory skill).
Creative scriptwriting abilities to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns (Mandatory skill).
Basic marketing knowledge with a focus on digital and social media strategies.
Ability to conduct effective influencer outreach and maintain professional relationships.
Content writing experience, to engage the target audience.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking the initiative on individual projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and onboard potential influencers.
Create compelling content scripts and promotional material for cross-platform marketing.
Support the team in coordinating and executing marketing events and initiatives.
Monitor and update engagement analytics, and reporting insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Help manage relationships with creators to ensure satisfactory collaborations.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and creative solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, guidelines, and ethics in marketing practices.
