**Job Description Summary**
Assistance in Corporate compliance of listed entity relating to filings with Stock Exchanges, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Reserve Bank of India as per applicable laws and regulations.
**Job Description**
+ Assistance in Preparing of Agenda/ Minutes of Board, Committee and shareholders meetings.
+ Assistance in maintenance and updation in Statutory Records and Registers.
+ MIS preparation.
+ Assistance in Completion of Statutory filing.
+ Assistance IEPF related compliance.
+ Assistance in compliance of Private Limited Cos.
+ Assistance in Preparation of Annual Report of Listed/Unlisted Company.
+ Tracking of recent development in regulatory framework.
+ Assistance in Handling shareholder cases involving transfer/transmission/deletion/duplicate etc. Maintenance of the Physical Records of the Company. Assistance in holding of Board/Committee/General Meeting. Other assignment as allocated.
