We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Invoice Reconciliation Executives. This role involves working with clients from Russia, Philippines, and US, and requires strong analytical skills, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform invoice reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Communicate effectively with international clients from Russia, the Philippines, and the US.
Analyze and resolve discrepancies in invoices and financial records.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
