Position: Junior Developer/Developer (.Net Programmer)
Educational Qualification MCA / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or a related field
Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience in .NET development – C#.NET – VB.NET
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience or training in mobile application development
• Candidates with exposure to AI technologies or prompt engineering will have an added advantage
• Experience in front-end technologies: – HTML5 – JavaScript – CSS – jQuery – AngularJS
• Experience or good knowledge in developing APIs (REST/SOAP) and responsive web applications
• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and design patterns
• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
Soft Skills & Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Responsible, well-organized, and a good team player
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies with minimal supervision
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle change effectively
• Good planning, organizing, and execution skills to meet project milestones within deadlines
