**Job Description**:
We are seeking an SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong critical thinking, good communication and desire to succeed. This role requires the ability to analyze requirement, cross functional collaboration, fast learner, implement, and maintain SharePoint features meet organizational and client needs. Familiarity with C# is required.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and custom solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement changes in SharePoint.
- Customize and configure SharePoint sites to improve usability, collaboration, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint web parts, features, templates, and lists.
- Provide support for SharePoint issues and troubleshoot any technical problems that arise.
- Assist with SharePoint permissions and security settings to ensure data privacy and integrity.
- Document development processes, configurations, and any custom code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with other applications, such as Office 365, Power Automate, and other Microsoft tools.
### Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in SharePoint development.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server (2016, 2019).
- Strong understanding of SharePoint framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of SharePoint permissions, site templates, and workflows.
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with C# and ASP.NET for additional custom development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SPFx extensions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
- Experience in Office 365 integrations and Microsoft Azure.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or related technologies are a plus.
### Other Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
