Role Overview As a Management Trainee Talent Acquisition you will be part of a dynamic team focused on attracting top talent to the organization Your role will involve engaging in meaningful conversations with potential candidates coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process If you have a passion for communication and building relationships this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities Initiate engaging conversations with potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and company values Collect and curate resumes through digital platforms ensuring accurate documentation of candidate information Coordinate and schedule online interviews providing detailed guidance to candidates Engage in fair and transparent salary negotiations collaborating with HR teams to ensure competitive offers Gather feedback from candidates postinterview and address concerns virtually to enhance the overall candidate experience Qualifications Genuine passion for meaningful conversations and building connections Strong verbal communication skills in English Proficient in professional email writing and MS Office applications Ability to establish rapport and build relationships remotely Freshers or individuals with less than 6 months of work experience are welcome to apply Please note The JD does not include additional details about the company
