As a Management Trainee, you learn every and every step in the Recruitment life cycle - starting from Sourcing strategy, Screening and Interviewing to the Offer process. All these steps provide valuable knowledge to help you on your career path to becoming a successful Technical Recruiter.
Each Management Trainee is assigned a Mentor, who guides them through the entire Recruiting process for candidates.

We have expertise in building teams for organizations in various domains such as Enterprise, SaaS, eCommerce, and HFT. We have experience in building strong technology teams for companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Sumo Logic, Uber, Booking.com, Microsoft, Adobe, Media.Net, Wingify, GreyOrange, Mindtickle, Springboard, Domino Data Labs, Tekion Corp, Tower Research Capital, and a few others.
We also have built teams from the ground up in India for various start-ups for organizations headquartered in the UK and US regions.
