We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee and Assistant Manager-Treasury!
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with a background in Banking/Treasury processes and a solid understanding of risk and control functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and improving our banking and treasury operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of banking and treasury processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Process wire payments\: review documentation, , log into bank portals , enter wires, download confirmations
• Support corporate accounting\: provide correct coding, respond to inquiries on credits/debits
• Run account activity reports & month end bank statements
• Handle ACH paperwork and respond to internal account queries
• Perform ad hoc treasury tasks and month end reporting
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications –
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant years of experience in financial services industry, with a focus on treasury operations.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payables Disbursement, Record To Report and reporting
Preferred Qualifications\: -
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
