Assist senior management in various functions such as product development, market research, promotional strategy formulation, sales activities, territory mapping, and institutional selling.
Gain comprehensive exposure to different streams of management, contributing to the success of multiple departments.
Support the execution of on-the-ground sales initiatives, helping coordinate and streamline processes.
Work closely with senior leaders to understand and participate in decision-making that drives PCDS's business growth.
Take on diverse roles and responsibilities, contributing to strategic planning, project management, and business development.
Continuously learn and develop, preparing for a future leadership position within the company.
Desired Profile
:
Fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in relevant fields.
Willingness to travel and take on a variety of roles and responsibilities across the organization.
Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in multiple areas of business management.
Self-motivated and ready to contribute actively to team efforts and strategic initiatives.
