Job description
We are looking for a dedicated PRO Assistant to support our HR department with various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in the HR field. Female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare employee contracts and other documents in Arabic using different government portals.
Manage and monitor employee attendance records.
Maintain data management and filing systems.
Support day-to-day HR processes.
Assist with employee insurance handling.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in English is required.
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken, understand) is essential.
Female candidates are preferred.
Immediate joining is mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates residing near Ernakulam are preferred.
Working days will align with the Middle East region's schedule.
Work training will be provided, with a commitment of 2 years.
