Intern – Purchase & Logistics
Location: [Ameerpet]
Duration: 2 to 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Open to: Fresh Graduates (0–1 year experience)
About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Purchase & Logistics Intern
who is eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement, vendor coordination, quality control, and logistics operations. This role offers real-time exposure to supply chain processes in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Vendor Coordination
Understand approved Sales Orders (SO) and product/branding requirements
Collect quotations from approved vendors
Assist in creating and issuing Purchase Orders (POs)
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
Customization & Quality Check
Coordinate branding/customization (printing, engraving, etc.) with vendors
Verify customized products as per approved samples
Perform 100% Quality Check (QC) before dispatch
Ensure proper packaging and labeling
Inventory Management
Update inventory records upon receiving goods
Allocate stock against specific Sales Orders
Support stock counts and basic inventory audits
Logistics & Delivery Support
Coordinate dispatch with courier/logistics partners
Track shipments and provide delivery updates
Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) records
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates (Operations, Supply Chain, Business preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
Good communication skills
