Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients (startups & organizations) in India and abroad through research, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
Client Outreach & Agreement: Initiate conversations, pitch PLEXO HR Solutions’ model, and convert prospects into clients via meetings/calls/emails; coordinate and facilitate sign-up agreements.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Engage and network via LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and relevant online channels to promote company services.
Candidate Pipeline Development: Create robust candidate sourcing channels to ensure a steady pool of talent for diverse client requirements.
Campus Collaboration: Reach out and coordinate with colleges and universities for hiring collaborations, campus drives, and internship opportunities.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Research market trends, competitor activities, and prepare weekly reports on outreach and conversions.
Brand Advocacy: Represent PLEXO HR Solutions professionally in all client/candidate communications and marketing endeavors.
Who Should Apply:
Recent graduates (any discipline)—must have completed graduation.
Eager, proactive, and passionate about sales, marketing, and HR consulting.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong LinkedIn presence and experience in client research & outreach.
Knowledge of using platforms like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other social media.
Prior exposure to startups, B2B marketing, or campus collaboration is a plus.
Willingness to visit the Gurgaon office 4-5 times a month (mandatory).
Comfortable working 6 days a week.
