Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening:
Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find candidates; reviewing resumes to shortlist based on requirements.
Interview Scheduling:
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:
Serving as the main point of contact, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
Administrative Support:
Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), updating databases, and assisting with onboarding/orientation.
Employer Branding:
Assisting with career fairs, campus hiring, and marketing initiatives.
Skills:- Telecommunications, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Interviewing
