The Technology Intern role at GE Appliances India offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in software engineering and technology development. Interns will contribute to projects focused on application development, system optimization, and automation, supporting innovative solutions for business needs. This position, typically spanning 20-24 weeks, is designed to help interns build technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative experience in a professional environment.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
_Assist in developing and testing web, mobile, and cloud applications:_
+ _Collaborate with software engineers and project teams to design and implement application features._
+ _Analyze requirements and define technical specifications for development tasks._
+ _Write, test, and debug code to ensure functionality and performance across platforms._
+ _Work on technologies like Flutter, Dart, Java, Kotlin, Python, Spring, Springboot, react, AWS, terraform, GenAI, MCP, GCP, Docker._
+ _Participate in regular code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement._
+ _Work closely with QA teams to validate application quality and resolve issues promptly._
_Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives:_
+ _Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort._
+ _Collaborate with team members to design and implement production grade solutions._
+ _Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability._
+ _Develop scripts or tools to automate repetitive tasks and validate their effectiveness._
+ _Document process changes and provide training or guidance to stakeholders as needed._
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Position Requirement**
+ _Assist in developing and testing web, mobile, and cloud applications._
+ _Work on technologies like Flutter, Dart, Java, Kotlin, Python,_ _Spring, Springboot, react, AWS, terraform, GenAI ,MCP, GCP , Docker ._
+ _Support system management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization._
+ _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions._
+ _Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities._
+ _Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives._
**Minimum Qualifications:**
_Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology or Engineering (B Tech/BE) with specialization as Computer science/ Information Technology or related discipline._ _Aggregate of 60% throughout Xth, XIIth and bachelor's would be needed._
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ _Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in technology._
+ _Related coursework._
+ _Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills._
+ _Solid analytical skills._ _Desire and ability to learn._
+ _Passion for engineering._
+ _Demonstrated problem solving abilities._
+ _Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom._
