Roles & Responsibilities
Provide professional support for a US Healthcare process.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience:
Graduate Freshers
are eligible.
Graduates with 7 months of experience.
Undergraduates with 1 year of experience.
Skills:
Good communication skills
are mandatory.
Availability:
Immediate joiners
are required.
Work Schedule:
Must be comfortable working in
fixed night shifts
with
Saturday and Sunday off
.
Additional Information
Salary:
Up to
₹23k in-hand
(equivalent to
₹3.30 LPA
).
Work Location:
Gurgaon/Noida.
