2\.1 We are building a content and game studio focused on story\-driven videos, marketing content, Instagram reels, and an interactive branching story game
2\.2 We are looking for a creative intern with strong interest in AI\-generated video and image creation
2\.3 The role requires understanding of AI tools to produce consistent, high\-quality visuals
2\.4 Candidate should be able to handle light video editing to bring final content together

3\. What You Will Work On
3\.1 Create AI\-generated images and videos for social media (Instagram reels, story content)
3\.2 Contribute to visual content for a story\-based interactive game
3\.3 Create character sheets and maintain consistency across scenes
3\.4 Write and iterate prompts for AI image and video generation
3\.5 Perform light video editing (cut, sync, polish content)
3\.6 Collaborate on storyboarding and narrative visuals

4\. Required Skills

4\.1 AI Image Generation
4\.1\.1 Generate high\-quality images using tools like Midjourney, NanoBanana (Haiper), or similar
4\.1\.2 Create character sheets with multiple angles and expressions
4\.1\.3 Use references to maintain consistency across scenes
4\.1\.4 Write detailed prompts covering character, action, lighting, camera angle, and style

4\.2 AI Video Generation
4\.2\.1 Hands\-on experience with Kling AI (3\.0\), Runway, or Sora
4\.2\.2 Understanding of image\-to\-video workflows
4\.2\.3 Use start frame and end frame techniques
4\.2\.4 Use scene continuation for seamless transitions
4\.2\.5 Knowledge of multi\-shot generation and camera angles
4\.2\.6 Ability to prompt for camera movement, lighting, and emotions

4\.3 AI Prompting
4\.3\.1 Strong prompt writing skills for images and videos
4\.3\.2 Ability to define color, lighting, camera, action, and style clearly
4\.3\.3 Ability to iterate prompts based on output quality
4\.3\.4 Ability to combine multiple references in one prompt

4\.4 Audio and Lip Sync
4\.4\.1 Basic understanding of AI voice tools like ElevenLabs
4\.4\.2 Maintain voice consistency across scenes
4\.4\.3 Adjust audio timing for proper lip sync

4\.5 Video Editing
4\.5\.1 Basic to intermediate editing using CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
4\.5\.2 Cut, arrange, and sync clips into a sequence
4\.5\.3 Apply transitions, color grading, and audio layering
4\.5\.4 Add sound effects and background music

4\.6 General Creative Skills
4\.6\.1 Strong visual storytelling ability

5\. Tools (Must Know or Willing to Learn)

5\.4 Editing: CapCut (minimum), Premiere or DaVinci (preferred)
5\.5 Storyboarding: Figma, Canva, or slides
5\.6 AI Prompting: Skill\-based (no specific tool)

6\. Sample Project (Mandatory for Application)
6\.1 Create a 30–60 sec AI animated video with a simple story
6\.2 Story must include at least one character appearing in multiple scenes
6\.3 Character must remain visually consistent across all scenes

7\. Project Requirements
7\.1 Create a character sheet (front, side, close\-up) using AI
7\.2 Generate at least three AI images for storyboard reference
7\.3 Create at least two AI video clips forming a connected sequence
7\.4 Use start and end frame technique in at least one clip
7\.5 Ensure character consistency across all visuals
7\.6 Deliver a final edited video with audio (voice/music/effects)
7\.7 Submit a short written note explaining tools used, prompts written, and challenges faced

8\. Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
8\.1 Experience in AI video/content creation
8\.2 Portfolio (Instagram/YouTube)
8\.3 Interest in storytelling or gaming content
