AI Developer

We're not looking for someone who codes AI into a corner. We're looking for someone who helps bring ideas to life \- where creativity meets automation, and where your work shows up in actual campaigns, real client workflows, and tools people use every day.

THE ROLE

We're a digital marketing agency managing 10\+ brands across social, content, performance, and strategy. AI isn't a side project here \- it's woven into how we work. From automating content pipelines to building internal tools that help our pods move faster, AI development sits at the core of our agency operating system.

As our Junior AI Developer, you'll work directly with our Creative Director and pod leads to build, maintain, and improve the AI\-powered infrastructure that runs the agency.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

* Build and maintain AI agents for content, strategy, and campaign workflows \- where prompt engineering meets product thinking
* Develop integrations between tools \- Sheets, APIs, LLMs, dashboards \- that reduce manual effort across teams
* Support our internal AI agent suite (Strategist, Coder, Creative Director, Content Writer personas)
* Prototype fast, iterate faster \- many builds will go from idea to working POC in days
* Work with Google Apps Script, REST APIs, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter) as primary surfaces

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Solid foundation in Python and/or JavaScript \- you're comfortable writing real, working code
* Hands\-on experience (even personal projects) with LLM APIs \- OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar
* Curiosity about how AI tools can solve creative and operational problems, not just technical ones
* Ability to work in a fast, scrappy environment \- you don't wait for perfect specs to start building
* Bonus: Experience with Google Apps Script, n8n, Make, or any no\-code/low\-code automation tooling
* Bonus: Familiarity with React, basic frontend, or dashboard building
