**Flatirons Solutions India Pvt Ltd** is seeking a Associate Product Analyst supports **Agile product teams** in India, based in Chennai by gathering business and technical requirements and creating clear, structured technical documentation. We develop innovative **software that empowers Airlines, Aerospace Manufacturers, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)** organizations to efficiently manage and transform complex technical data at scale.

The role collaborates with **engineering teams, project leads, quality engineers, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, solution documentation, and end\-user materials**. ### **Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
* Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
* Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria and contribute to solution blueprint documentation.
* Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, release notes, installation guides, configuration documentation, and online help.
* Author structured content using XML/DITA standards.
* Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure documentation accuracy and solution quality.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered functionality aligns with documented requirements.
* Deliver product demonstrations and end\-user training materials.
* Produce feature walkthrough or training videos using Microsoft Clipchamp or similar tools.
* Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and leverage AI\-assisted tools to enhance documentation quality.
* Understand and adhere to all requirements of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), which includes Quality, Information Security, and Privacy.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs, operational workflows, and technical requirements.
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
* Experience working with customer stakeholders and technical teams.

### **Skills, Knowledge \& Expertise**

**Education/Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Communication, or a related field.
* 1\+ year of experience in business analysis, software documentation.
* Experience gathering requirements and documenting them as user stories in Agile environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams and customer stakeholders.
* Structured authoring using XML / DITA.
* Knowledge of XSLT, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with Oxygen XML Editor, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools.
* Experience using Bitbucket
* Experience with AI\-assisted technical writing tools (e.g., Positron, SleekAI, or similar)
