Associate Software Engineer**Job Description:**

**Education:** Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.

**Experience:** 0\-1 Yrs, Entry\-level position suitable for fresh graduates from college, Training Institute or finishing schools

**Roles \& Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
* Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to coding tasks.
* Debug and troubleshoot software defects.
* Learn and apply coding best practices and development methodologies.
* Participate in code reviews and documentation.

**Mandatory Skills**:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C\+\+)
* Understanding of software development concepts
* Problem\-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to solve problems, either through coursework, personal projects, or coding competitions.
* Ability to work with a diverse cross functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

* Any relevant internships, co\-op experiences, or personal software projects.
* Knowledge of web development SDLC frameworks
* Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL)
* Familiarity with software testing principles
* Interest in application support or testing methodologies.
