**Job Description**
Teachifyy is an emerging EdTech platform focused on delivering practical, outcome\-driven learning programs. We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is passionate about sales, education, and building long\-term customer relationships.
As a BDA, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right Teachifyy programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings
* Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses
* Convert qualified leads into enrollments
* Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
* Maintain accurate records in CRM
* Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for feedback and improvement
**Requirements**
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Comfortable with phone\-based sales and follow\-ups
* Ability to understand student needs and close sales ethically
* Target\-driven and result\-oriented mindset
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
