BD and Sales Intern

**Job Title:** Sales \& Business Development Intern (Remote)

**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 3–6 Months
**Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious **Sales \& Business Development Intern** to support our growth initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands\-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and revenue operations.

This internship is performance\-driven and ideal for candidates looking for real exposure to business development and corporate sales environments.

**Internship Structure**

* **Month 1:** Unpaid training and evaluation period
* **From Month 2 onwards:** ₹10,000 per month \+ performance\-based incentives
* Opportunity for **full\-time conversion** based on performance

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other channels
* Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify potential clients
* Schedule meetings and assist in managing the sales pipeline
* Maintain CRM systems and outreach trackers
* Assist in proposal creation and follow\-ups with clients
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
* Support marketing\-driven lead generation initiatives

**Requirements**

* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Confident and target\-oriented mindset
* Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and follow\-ups
* Self\-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Basic understanding of sales or business development (preferred)
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus
