Billing Site Engineer

**Job position: Billing Site Engineer**

**Experience: 1 to 3 years**

**Role Summary**

The Billing Site Engineer will be responsible for accurate quantity take\-offs, joint measurements, and preparation of client and subcontractor bills for ongoing residential projects at NIBM/Yerwada. You will act as the link between site execution and commercial control, ensuring that all executed work is properly measured, recorded, and billed on time. Your work will directly impact cost control, reduction of rework, and stabilization of site execution processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare detailed quantity take\-offs from structural and architectural drawings for RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, concrete, and related civil works for low\-rise residential buildings.
* Take joint measurements at site with site engineers/supervisors and subcontractors; maintain daily/weekly measurement sheets and progress quantity records.
* Prepare and update RA bills, final bills, abstracts, and supporting measurement sheets for both client and subcontractor billing, ensuring alignment with BOQ and contract terms.
* Coordinate with site execution teams, project manager, and store/ procurement for reconciliation of major materials (cement, steel, concrete, blocks, etc.) and highlight variances.
* Support basic planning and tracking of work fronts and productivity by linking executed quantities with planned targets and billing cycles.
* Assist in rate analysis of standard residential building items and verify quantities and rates used in bills to avoid over/under billing.
* Ensure documentation accuracy, drawing–site correlation, and adherence to quality and safety requirements while capturing measurements (e.g., safe access to work fronts, proper records).

**Must Have**

* B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2–3 years of experience as Site/Billing Engineer on building projects (internship experience can be considered if relevant)
