Content Writer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and impact\-driven Content Writer to join our NGO’s communication team. In this role, you will transform our on\-ground work into powerful stories, digital content, donor communication, and campaign material. Your writing will play a key role in raising awareness, engaging supporters, and showcasing the real impact of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

\-Create compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, blogs, awareness campaigns, and donor communication.

\-Develop impact stories, case studies, field updates, and beneficiary narratives based on inputs from the ground team.

\-Write clear and engaging project reports, proposals, presentations, brochures, and event material.

\-Draft scripts for videos, reels, interviews, and digital campaigns

\-Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across all content.

\-Collaborate with the design, social media, fundraising, and field teams to develop impactful communication materials.

\-Conduct research and fact\-checking to ensure accuracy and authenticity in all written content.

\-Assist in the development of annual reports, impact reports, and donor updates.

\-Manage multiple writing tasks simultaneously and deliver high\-quality work within deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

\-Strong command over English

\-Ability to write for diverse audiences: donors, partners, community members, and the general public.

\-Understanding of NGO communication ethics, especially while writing about children, women, and vulnerable groups.

\-Familiarity with social media writing styles, captions, storytelling formats, and digital communication trends.

\-Basic knowledge of SEO, blog writing, and website content structure.

\-Knowledge of Canva or ability to work with designers is an added advantage.

**Experience**

1–3 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in an NGO or social impact environment.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
