Senior Associate (Technical) – Data Analyst – Advanced Excel

We are hiring a Senior Associate (Technical) for a Managed Review / Legal Tech environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Python\-based data extraction, and prior experience in handling technical workflows within LPO / E\-Discovery / document review projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage technical workflows within managed review / document review projects
* Perform data extraction, cleansing, and reporting using Advanced Excel and Python
* Create and manage notification lists with high accuracy
* Support data validation, QC checks, and structured file preparation
* Handle large datasets and generate project\-specific reports
* Lead assigned workstreams and ensure timely delivery
* Guide team members on workflow execution and quality standards
* Maintain delivery accuracy and ownership of project output
Required Skills:
* Strong hands\-on expertise in Advanced Excel
* Excellent command of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX\-MATCH, Power Query, reporting formulas
* Practical exposure to Python\-based extraction / automation
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
* High attention to detail
Preferred Background:
* Experience in Managed Review / E\-Discovery / LPO / Legal Operations
* Exposure to Document Review workflows
* Knowledge of notification list preparation and data handling processes
* Prior experience in workflow ownership and quality delivery
Leadership Requirement:
* Ability to lead a workstream independently
* Guide junior team members
* Take ownership of delivery timelines and quality standards
Qualification:
* Graduate in any discipline (technical/analytical background preferred)
Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
