Desktop Support Engineer
About this role
* **Technical Support \& Troubleshooting:** Diagnosing and resolving hardware (laptops, printers) and software (OS, applications) issues, both on\-site and remotely.
* **System Installation \& Maintenance:** Configuring, updating, and maintaining user workstations, including imaging new machines and upgrading hardware.
* **Active Directory \& Network Management:** Handling user accounts (password resets, permissions) via Active Directory and ensuring stable network/VPN connectivity.
* **Ticketing \& Documentation:** Recording, tracking, and closing IT support tickets, and documenting solutions for future reference.
* **User Training \& Security:** Educating employees on IT policies and security best practices, and ensuring anti\-virus/security software is functional.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
