Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Excel Executive with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have completed a short\-term Excel training course and be comfortable with daily Excel\-based tasks such as data entry, formatting, basic formulas, and report generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter, clean, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets
* Prepare and format Excel reports as per given templates
* Use basic formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUM, COUNT, etc.
* Create basic charts, pivot tables, and filter/sort data as needed
* Support teams with daily Excel requirements and data updates
* Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Key Skills Required:
* Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
* Familiarity with Excel functions, charts, pivot tables, and formatting
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Good communication and time\-management skills
Preferred Background:
* Completed a short Excel course at a computer training institute
* Freshers or candidates with up to an year of experience in Excel\-based roles
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
