**Job Overview**

FinVise AI Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for Flutter Developers with 6 months to 2 years of hands\-on experience who are eager to work on real\-world mobile applications in a fast\-paced startup environment.

This role includes an initial evaluation and training period, after which high\-performing candidates may be offered a full\-time position.

**Selection Process**

This role begins with a 3\-month evaluation and training period designed to assess technical skills, performance, and team fit.

Compensation is applicable upon successful conversion to a full\-time role. Candidates who meet performance expectations during this period may be offered a full\-time position within the specified salary range.

**What You'll Work On**

* Develop cross\-platform mobile applications using Flutter
* Build clean, scalable, and responsive mobile user interfaces
* Integrate backend APIs (Node.js / Python) with mobile applications
* Implement authentication, notifications, and real\-time features
* Optimize performance, usability, and app responsiveness
* Work on real fintech and AI\-powered product features
* Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ship features

**Required Skills \& Experience**

* 6 months to 2 years of hands\-on experience with Flutter
* Strong knowledge of Dart programming language
* Experience building Flutter applications (projects or production apps)
* Familiarity with REST API integration and backend connectivity
* Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design
* Experience with Git and version control workflows
* Familiarity with debugging, performance optimization, and testing in Flutter
* Basic understanding of app deployment (Play Store / TestFlight) is a plus
* Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
