Genuine Engineering is a sheet metal fabrication unit based in MIDC Chakan, Pune. We work across cutting, bending, welding, and assembly of precision sheet metal components for industrial applications. We are a hands\-on, floor\-first company where real skills are built through real work.

About the GET Program

We are offering a 12\-month Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program for fresh engineering graduates who want to build a career in manufacturing. This is not a desk job. You will work on the shop floor, alongside experienced professionals, learning how a fabrication unit actually runs from the inside.

At the end of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and a performance\-based assessment. Top performers will be considered for permanent employment.

Open Positions: 3 Seats

Role 1 – GET, Quality Control

You will assist in inspection of fabricated components, carry out dimensional checks using measuring instruments, maintain quality records and inspection reports, identify and document non\-conformances, and learn to apply quality standards in a live shop floor environment.

Role 2 – GET, Shop Floor / Production

You will work hands\-on with sheet metal processes including cutting, bending, punching, and welding. You will learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand production workflows, assist in job scheduling, and develop practical fabrication skills under senior supervision.

Role 3 – GET, Design

You will assist the design team in preparing 2D and 3D models of sheet metal components, creating manufacturing drawings, maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), and supporting design documentation. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus but not mandatory — we will train you.

What We Are Looking For

— BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering

— Freshers only — zero prior work experience required

— Willingness to work in a hands\-on, shop floor environment

— Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn

— Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

What We Offer

— Stipend Starting amount: Rs. 10,000 per month
