GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

Job Summary

Conceptual designing and development of Aircraft/Rail/Marine/Road interior products using CAD Tool. Assist in Project Planning and coach \& mentor the team to ensure on time project deliverables with FTR commitment.

Experience

* Should have 0\-1years of relevant experience
* Should be an Expert in Solidworks Part Design/Assembly/Sheet Metal/Surfaces/Drafting modules
* Should be an Expert in 2D drafting, 3D Modelling and have exposure on any PLM environment
* Hands on experience on design modification through Engineering change request/ Engineering change order / Design change note
* Hands on experience on Concept and Detail design of Machined/ Sheet metal/ Plastic components/composite parts
* Should have hands on experience in coordinating with international clients
* Exposure to deal with assembly/sub\-assembly with at least 200\-250 parts
* Exposure and understanding on OEM design procedures and systems
* Ability to thrive in a cross functional and cross cultural work environment.
* Should be Quality Conscious \& self\-driven and Flexible to learn new technologies
* Ability to work proactively and independently for assigned work packages.
* Should have good technical knowledge about industry standard for Design and drafting practices
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other common PC applications.

Qualification \& Special Requirement

M.Tech / B.Tech / Post Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering from a reputed Institution

Competencies Requirement

Technical Competencies

* Minimum 0\-1 years hands experience in Solidworks Part Design/Assembly/Sheet Metal/Surfaces/Drafting modules/PLM tools
* Minimum 0\-1Years hands on experience in Aircraft/Rail/Marine/Road interior product designs
* Minimum 0\-1years hands on experience in Concept and Detail design of Machined/ Sheet metal/ Plastic components/ composite parts
* Proficient in understanding General Engineering and Manufacturing feasibility
* Proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications for relevant domains **Basic knowledge in implementing FMEA and DFMEA, Tolerance stack up analysis tools in projects**
* Experience in EV engineering is preferred.
* Experience in aerospace cabin engineering is preferred.
* Expert in offering technical solutions (especially in the case of innovation/ cost reduction techniques)
* Expert in using Microsoft tools such as word, excel, ppt
