**Position Summary**

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Product Engineering team. The role involves working on various projects related to design, development, and delivery of engineering solutions. The trainee will work closely with senior team members under supervision while gaining hands\-on experience in product development and engineering processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Participate in product development activities including:
* Concept, planning, design, and execution of new products and enhancements
* 2D and 3D CAD design, drawings, and modeling
* Prototyping and testing of concept designs
* Pilot production and pre\-production activities
* Design reviews and verification testing
* Product validation and usability testing
* Support senior engineers in responding to RFQs (Requests for Quotation):
* Conduct feasibility studies
* Develop conceptual designs and revisions
* Prepare cost\-effective design solutions
* Assist production teams to improve lead times and efficiency
* Support reliability improvements and reduction of field issues
* Coordinate with suppliers and assist in purchasing\-related activities
* Contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Follow health, safety, and environmental policies

**Education \& Requirements**

* BE in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
* Proficiency in Creo (version 5\.0 or above)
* Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
* Knowledge of:
* Measurement techniques
* Metrology and inspection methods
* Engineering drawing interpretation
